Meeting Commences at 7:00 P.M.
Chairman Karll called the meeting to order. Chairman Karll stated that public matters would be addressed in the order they appear on the agenda. Chairman Karll introduced Zoning Planner Jonathan Dickinson and the Zoning Board of Appeals members in attendance.
OLD BUSINESS

Chairman Karll stated the Applicant has requested the matter be withdrawn without prejudice.
Attorney’s Carl Johnson and Mike Modestino were present to request the withdrawal of the Application as their clients reached an agreement.
Chairman Karll entertained a motion to allow the Applicant to withdraw the application without prejudice.
